bio: a very skilled battle mage, his grandfathers blood flows through his veins so much thatsometimes he emits a light blue aroura thast dispels any spells around him. it is the gift of Jagar.

history: Jarius was born in the imperial city and had been brought up with magic. he didnt bother with the mages guild and dose not obey thier magic laws set down by the arch-mage.
